I work with Individuals, Couples and Family.

My practice seeks to engage each individual without the influence of labels or preconceived

perceptions. Psychotherapy is a unique experience, and as a therapist, I have a level of understanding, compassion, intuition and knowledge as to how I can assist you.

Along with working to find more appropriate and healthy coping skills, you will also be encouraged to gain deeper insight into yourself - understanding and modifying your views, behaviors and feelings so that you can begin to comprehend situations more clearly.

Individuals of all ages can benefit from psychotherapy services and a treatment plan will be established based on each individual's goals, abilities and supports.

My theoretical approach is eclectic, incorporating a variety of techniques to meet the needs of each client. Therapy is a collaborative effort and I strive to help guide clients to identify their own needs and inner strengths.  I believe in giving clients the tools and support they need to independently advance; recognizing that I am available to offer support when and as needed.
